Nimar VS. Ikelite underwater housing for Nikon d70

I am looking into getting an underwater housing for my nikon d70. I also have a nikon d2xs but I'm not quite comfortable with the idea of taking that one underwater. I will be doing underwater photography for a swim school, and would like to have the flexibility of an SLR as opposed to a point and shoot. I have an underwater point and shoot, and its just too slow. So I have found two casings, but neither one has any reviews.

Here's the first, I would not need to buy a port for the lens

$1179.95

and here's the second. I would have to spend about 200 for the appropriate port.

$1260 for housing

If you have feedback please share! also I am thinking that I need to get an underwater strobe too.... I've done some underwater photography while scuba diving but that was years ago when I used film.
Thanks!

Or am I better off with a cheaper option like this?
