Four pages of flowers

I put all my flower and foliage images together and I have four pages of flowers.

I can't believe I have that many.

If you like flowers check out my first four pages.

  Beautiful flower pics Kerby.
You must be happy with the A700/Zeiss lens combo as your images are very sharp & vibrant. Keep up the great work :)

  Thank you Carlton.

We love the Sony Alpha 700. It a wonderful camera.

We actually got four lenses now for the camera.

Sony 2.8 70-200

Sony Macro 2.8 100 (I take my flower pictures with this lens). It is my favorite lens.

Zeiss 2.8 24-70

Minolta AF APO tele 600
I named it the monster lenses it so big.

I just posted my first picture with the Minolta 600 lens in my port. It snowing and a little bird is taking protection under a pine tree branch.

We thinking of getting a second camera and looking at the Sony Alpha 900 but still doing reseach on it.

  Kerby,
You have a gorgeous gallery with great colors. I currently have an Alpha A100 and want to purchase another Alpha. Have you purchased the A900 yet? Do you suggest the A900 or the A700? Also what lens do you use typically for your portrait to get the clarity and colors?

Thank you Travis I love taking flower pictures.

The lens I use is the Sony 2.8/100 Macro lens. It was the hardest lens for me to learn to use but I really love it now.

I am not a tall person and sometimes I have to stand on a stool to take the picture of a flower. When you bending over to take the picture it brings the picture up really really close and I like to get the whole picture. The clarity and colors with the lens is incredible. The macro lens in my favorite lens.

I just got the Sony Alpha 900 and have not used it yet. It different than the 700 and it going to be a learning curve for me.

One thing about the Sony Alpha 700 it at an excellent price right now (check B and H) and it is an wonderful camera where the 900 is alot more expensive.

Travis I will come back to this thread after I get using it and let you know what I think.
