If you are a student perhaps you can get the student discount for about half the price. I do not know what you are using now but the only other thing I can suggest is to purchase Photoshop Elements 8, PSE8. Unless you are quite advanced in photoshop this will cover most if not all of your needs. If you want to do HDR I suggest a plug-in instead of putting out the money for CS4. It will be a lot less expensive. Here in the USA PSE8 can be bought for $79 or less.

Andrew: I agree with Lynn. fyi, Adobe does not sell software at a discount ... ever. Unless you are a student; if you are, I can help you find the Adobe Web site where you can purchase it at a discount. But sure, I think you might be amazed at how versatile Elements 7 and the newer Elements 8 are! Peter
