Private Galleries

Ok well Ive been on this site for a while. Im trying my hand at band promo/live performance photography. Id like to set up a private gallery for the band to approve the images and to select which ones they would like to have before I post them on my site. It states on this site that you CAN set up a private password protected gallery. I've searched all over this site for info on how to do that but have come up with nothing. Any tips on how to do it? Thank you!

  Go to your Administration Center.

Click on PHOTOS...and under Photo Categories, select "Create/Update Photo Categories".

If you haven't uploaded any images to the category you wish to be password-protected, you upload them and select a password when you create this new gallery and it will be private. (...requiring the password you select for anyone to view the contents.)

You can achieve the same results with any category you currently have by choosing "Create/Update Photo Categories"...then clicking on the little Edit icon (...which looks like a tiny pad and pencil).
You can then apply a password to make any existing gallery private.
