Isn't this a combination of two of the most popular used scams out there? A photo contest and a no money time share offer. Is there a wildlife category? And when I say wildlife, I mean wildlife wildlife, not the wildlife wildlife.

Are you sure you mean wildlife wildlife, or could it be that you really mean wildlife wildlife?

How about wildlife wildlife engaging in wildlife wildlife. I think I've got a shot of a parrot drinking rum at a nude beach party.

Hey TOM !!! First thing is if you're going to run a photo-submission contest, you need to post the rules on ownership of copyright with the submission requirements. AND, quite frankly, this looks like a cool way to collect $10 entry fees from at least 600 contest entrants. For 6 grand, that seems like a good way to BUY out your part of the time share. Good scheme though. LOL !!! And how many other folks own the same time share? No wonder you're not soliciting professional photographers. Keep trying though. Two other things: Who's judging the contest and what are THEIR qualifications? I never saw a contest that failed to mention that either. AND... What's second prize? A weekend in a Cincinatti Red Roof Inn? Lemme guess...Third prize is TWO weekends at a Cincinatti Red Roof. M.

Boy, are we cynical or what? LOL... as far as copyrights go, I just want to have the right to post the winning 5 photos on the site for a couple months. As far as the $10 - sure, I'm looking to recoup my investment... but the winner would own the timeshare for a week each year. As far as the judging, I had planned on doing the judging, but I'll put up a page on the site and let the public pick the winner in batches of say 25 at a time. Not everything online is a scam my friends, sometimes it really is a good deal for every one ;-) Tom O'Halloran I've been at the same website and same email address for 13 years - how many people can say THAT? ;-) Tom O'Halloran O'Halloran's O'Page www.tpo.net

Yep, we are cynical. You've got to admit when a guy joins and on his first day of being a member posts for a new photo contest on a site that has a photo contest or two and the winner gets a time share? What would you think?

How many people can say they've created a contest for cash and cleared everything with the state of Nevada? Laugh out loud, semi-colon dash parenthesis, dead serious about actually looking for info in Nevada to see if you can actually do this legally.(No key stroke for that)

Gee, a free tomeshare, Well, let's see. They sell one for what, between 5 and 8 grand for one week, Then you get charged six hundred bucks a month for maintenance. Sound's like it's still an awful expensive week's vacation. I think I'll pass on the contest. Sound's like a sales pitch.
