PROBLEMS UPLOADING PHOTOS Has anyone else been having trouble getting their photos to upload...even after I resize and submit it a lot of times just goes back to the previous screen...I recently got new computer (window vista) could this have anything to do with it? any feedback on this...it's very fustrating....never had this problem before....

Hi Tori, I haven't had any problems. I was able to upload a photo this morning. I have a Mac. Not sure if it's a Vista problem; I hope not! :)

thanks for responding Colleen.... I finally did get one uploaded today, it just wasn't the one I wanted... the one I wanted has some editing and the one I had to settle for didn't have much if any...I wonder why this is an issue now or if I'm doing something wrong? thanks anyway

I don't think it's Vista - I have been uploading wtih Vista for about 3 months now....and was successful this morning as well. I do sometimes have trouble with BP running slow once in awhile (even just navigating the pages), but I had that issue when I had XP also.

i have not been allowed to upload a photo since last october.i have dropped the dpi fron 300 to 75,these are scanned 4x6 prints.maybe I need to start entering the contests and some day i'll know what i'm doing? hey-sus.

I've been trying to upload for the past 90 minutes with no success. Don't have Vista. Have not changed a thing.

I can't get a photo to appear. It seems to have uploaded, there is a number assigned to it, but it's completely blank. I have a new camera, and a new monitor, and I thought maybe it was a profile problem. But I *was* able to upload a photo taken with the new camera a few minutes ago--now it comes up blank. Very weird. Also, I seem to be able to upload old photos.

Hey guys.......I haven't uploaded to BP since they started charging $49 for the basic gallery and you had to buy it to upload...just not in my budget...wish I had more input...I've been uploading to other sites.......Tori

You don't have to pay just to upload, do you? You only have to have the $49 gallery (or have taken a course) to enter the contest. But you can still upload to a free gallery for free.

Colleen is correct. You can still upload into your free gallery. You just can't enter the contest unless you have the $49 Gallery or have taken a class. The uploading problem might be on BP side and not your personal computers. They do have problems from time to time but seem to work them out very quickly.
