Are there two Sigma 18-200 lens

It appears that there are two different Sigma 18-200 lenses with optical stablization for Nikon. One with HSM and one without. Why the difference? I have both a Nikon D40 and D80, should I purchase one or the other? It also appears that they have different numbers - SG18200SNA and SG18200SNK, if so, which is which?

Thank you

The non-HSM model does not have a built-in autofocus motor. It will autofocus with most Nikon autofocus SLR/DSLR cameras, but not with the D40 because the D40 does not have an autofocus drive motor.

The HSM model has built-in autofocus motor, which is necessary to AF with the D40. It is comparable to Nikon's AF-S (Silent Wave) lenses.
