There have been many threads on EPs. Here's the search string, so you can jump to the different threads: http://www.betterphoto.com/searchResults.php?szTerm=Editors+Picks&schMod=QnA&limit2=all In a nutshell, they represent the photos that made it thru the first round of competition for a given month, going back years. My guess is BP selects about 35-40% for the first round, then whittle it down to 800-1000 by the fourth round, which end up being the finalists that get the silver medal. For July, they had over 30,000 contest entries and my guess is over 10,000 got the little gold EP medal.

I entered a photo for the Beautiful Blur contest but I also entered two more photos. Will those two photos also be entered in the contest?

Tramaine, you have to enter each photo into the contest. They don't magically get entered. And you can only enter one photo a day.

I have two editors picks. One is not in my current contest entries why is that?

You can upload many photos to your gallery at one time or on a given day but, as Ken says, entering a photo into the contest requires a separate step and you can only enter one each day. I looked at your gallery and it looks as if one of your Editors' Picks was uploaded in August and the other was uploaded in September. You must also have entered each of these in the contest but in different months. In your member's gallery, you have a list of current contest entries. Only the current calendar month's contest entries will show up there. Since September 1, no member has been able to see a list of his/her contest entries from August or earlier. That's just how it works. Hope this helps.
