Images from South Africa's Townships Hi All, I spent an amazing day in and around our townships yesterday. What an experience! I got pix that not many are always privvy to, and thought you might enjoy them. I've added a bit of a story to each one. If you'd like to view them, and have a little insight to life in the townships, visit www.robynbphotography.com and the click on the gallery 'Only in South Africa'. Your comments are welcome. If ever anyone comes South, let me know, and I'll organise something like this for you. Although there is a history of danger and violence, I never once felt threatened. We did this, as 3 Canonista's, but with a local, who knew everyone, and took us everywhere. I wouldn't suggest you mosey off on your own, but.... we experienced hospitality 2nd to none, which for me as a white South Africa, who's had a gun at her head, in her own home, was just AMAZING!! Enjoy. Robyn
