I have a picture of my niece holding some roses and want to make the only color on the picture to be the roses. It was taken with a digital camera and the only copy I have left is on my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you want the only color part on the picture to be the roses, you want the rest to be Black & White, right?
Yet the title of your question is "Sepia"....

So what exactly is it that you want?
