Vinod, this is all, of course, a matter of people's opinions, so there is no one right answer. That said, I would offer these comments: An intersting shot, but better if you could have gotten the kid's face in more profile - and timed it so the front ewe's rear end was not in the shot. The baby's face against the background of the other goat's coat is a great angle. Had you been able to crouch down a bit to get more more to eye level with the kid, it would have helpedwith the background as well since we wouldn't see the dirt road in the lower portion of the shot. No doubt it's not easy to "pose" the animals, though, so all things considered I'd say this is a nice shot!

The rule of thumb is: shoot kids & animals at eye-level. THEIR eye-level! Bend your knees if you have to!

Did you have time to compose the shot better or was it a situation where you only had time to shoot once and hope for the best? When shooting animals I try to get down at a low perspective and just sit and wait for the shot I want if the animals aren't going anywhere. If they were passing in front of you only briefly you just have to do the best you can. If you were going for a portrait of the animal a telephoto zoom lens would have been helpful.
