PSE4 upload onto BP problem Hello, I just edited a photo in PSE4, and saved it. Then I logged onto the BP, and tried to upload it (I could see my pic, then I dragged and dropped it into the BP box, then pressed send). It said my upload was successful, then I went to add in a description, and there was no picture, just a big white frame with no picture inside. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance to anyone who responds!!

Hi April Did you try to drag it from the PS window? Save your pic to your desktop or in My Photo's, give it a name. Then open your BP, and go to upload photo's and follow the prompts - shouldn't be a problem. When you finishes editing your pic, did you flatten it? Maybe you dragged a blank layer?

Thanks for helping! I did all of that already, and it's still just white. When I go into my photos to upload the photo onto BP, I can actually see my edited pic, but when I do the send command to upload onto the BP, it turns it into a white canvas in my gallery! So confused, but thanks for trying to help, I really appreciate it!

Sounds very odd - have you shut everything down and re-started? Have you tried with another pic and been successful? I'm shutting my pc off now - will be away for 3 weeks, but will check on my return :)

Hello! Sorry it has taken me so long to get back, we have been in MI for a while. I still can't get my pics to upload so there is a lady coming over to see what the problem is next week. Hopefully it will get cleared up... Thanks so much!

Hi April This is just a guess.....but when you saved your photo after editing it in photoshop,did you save it as a jpeg? That may be the problem. Just a suggestion. Charlene

Thanks for the suggestion! I do save as JPEG. Am I not supposed to do that? All of my other pics are JPEG that I upload onto BP, but they were not previously edited in PS before. Thanks so much, April

It says you can send asa JPEG, or TIFF, or BITMAP, or PING. Did you send a pic only 500 pixels on the short side?

I don't think so, but I am not that tech savvy if you know what I mean. All of my pics say they are 300 resolution in PS. I am shooting with a Nikon D50. Maybe I will go back in and look, thank so much!!
