Shrinking Large files

I have a picture that I need to get developed at 16X20 size. The problem is that it is 15MB and I can't uplaod the picture on any sites for developing becuase it is so big. How do I shrink the size down, without loosing quality for a 16X20?
Help!

Jennifer, in what file format is the picture (i.e, .jpg, .psd, .tif, etc)?

DON'T shrink it! You WILL lose quality.

Send/upload it through

http://www.yousendit.com/

to any eMail address you want. Max. 100MB per file.

Got more than one file to send? Zip 'm together before you upload/send. As long as the file's size does not exceed 100MB.

It is a .jpg file. I tried to send to Wal-mart, but they picture can't be over 6MB, same with most on-line uploads for developing.

Don't do wal-mart anyway. Came in last for poor quality in a magazine comparison test.
Know anybody that has fiber optic for their phone system instead of regular phone lines? If not, other upload places usually give the option of mailing a cd.

Since it's a .jpg, what W.S. is true. You can't reduce it without losing quality.

  Jennifer,

Have you tried www.mpix.com? I have gotten several 16x20s printed with them and was very pleased with the quality.

I have never had a problem uploading large files to mpix.

How large of a file and was it dial-up with a regular phone line?
