Photography Question

When I first joined BP the winners were announced on the 15th so I thought it would be fun to start this thread in the middle of the month rather than wait until near the end. It will give everyone more time to decide which photo you like best from last month or which one you feel has the best chance of placing!

I'm going to set a bad example as the first to reply, and share my 2 favorites ;) Both from my recent vacation to Mohonk Mountain House, in New Paltz, NY.
The boats image won the peer vote as best image, during a daylong photography workshop I attended while there, and the night shot becomes more and more one of my all time favorites, as I look at it again and again.
