Releases for Photo Contest Awards I'm not a professional photographer or news photographer. If I take pictures of people in everyday life for submission in Photo Contests where awards are given ( monetary or property prises)do I need releases from those persons in the photographs to be able to collect winnings and avoid legal actions against me.
