Does anyone have any tips for photographing droplets of water on a glass table? I have put some flowers under the table and tried to have the droplets act as lenses to view the flowers.
1. How do you get the water to form large round droplets on the glass? I have tried putting wax on the glass first, but this did not work?
2. What is the best way to light such a setup?
Any help that anyone could give me would be appreciated. Thanks. John

try spraying the glass with rain x, I saw in a magazine that someone did that and had the flag underneath the glass, it was really neat.

Hi Pat. Thanks for your suggestion. However, I've already tried Rain-X and I haven't had much success. The water doesn't seem to want to bead up like it should. I must be doing something wrong!
