Shooting in the Antarctic This coming January, I will be taking a trip to the Antarctic and was wondering if there are special considerations to take into account shooting there. I will be using a digital Panasonic Lumix FZ7 with an imaged-stabilized 12x optical zoom. I have both a circular polarizing filter and a neutral density filter. I've never really experimented with white balance settings, so don't know if this is something to consider. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Stew

Stew, I sent you an e-mail reply, but it was bounced because I was not on your list of those from whom you allow e-mails. Wally

Wally, your email wound up in my spam folder, so I did get to see it. Thank you very much for the information. I have extra batteries, extra memory cards, and will probably even take my laptop with me to see how the shots are coming. Really liked your iceberg picture. Hope mine come out that well. Thanks again for the help. Stew
