Shopping in Portland. Ore. Can anybody tell me if there is one of those great camera shops in Portland, Oregon. I’m going there this weekend, June 17/18 for the Champ Car Race. I’m looking for a deal on CF memory…..Thanx

There are quite a few camera retailers in and around portland including Wolfs, Kits and Camera world. For a store near the area you're planning to visit, go to: www.cameraworld.com and select the store locator. Just type in portland or and it shoud give you a list of over a dozen stores with addresses and directions. Isn't the internet amazing! LOL

I live in the portland area. Fry's in wilsonville (about 30 minutes south of portland) has the best prices around. If not there is Pro Photo supply in downtown (NW Portland). They are about the best in the area.
