I hate tests....ever since my car radio failed the Emergency Broadcast Test. (...even after I kept it up all night studying.)

Is it that "this" is the test Or is it that "please disregard" is the test, like the time I tried to call this guy I know, Al Key Hall. And I kept trying to get a hold of him, so I never could. So I told the guy who answered the phone, "Tell him I'm not going to keep calling him if he won't come answer the phone, so do me a favor and let him know" So the guy said, "okay, I'll tell him". And he did, cause I could here him say it over the p.a. system, "He said he won't be calling again, so this is the last call for Al Key Hall."
