Alien bees compatible with cannon power shot pro 1 Alien bees compatible with cannon power shot pro 1? I just received my alien bees light set up s and the slave cord does not fit into my camera. But is the powershot just not advanced to plug in the strobes?

The PowerShot does not have the "universal" PC sync cord terminal. Use a PC-sync to hotshoe adapter, especially one that will shield the camera from high trigger voltages, such as the Wein Safe Sync.

AHHH thanks so much a really lame fix I have been playign with for 1/2 an hour is to put a small buisness card in front to the flash and the bounces the light back to the strobes without letting it light up the product. I'll get me one of those adapters.
