off color skin tones

I have used a canon AE-1P with a skylight filter for years. I had to switch developing and now all the skin tones are very, very pink (indoor with flash and outdoor). The new developer will take out 2 magentas, but then the photo is greenish overall. Any ideas?

Seriously, a skylight filter is very subtle and in general removes excess blue from the light. It should produce more pleasing skintones (less cool-looking) when used with a flash. If you need to compensate to add back the blue, the proper correction is to take out yellow, not magenta. Magenta corresponds to the primary color green (as you've seen) and cyan corresponds to primary color red.
