horizontal lines..help!


 
 
All of my photos recently have had horizontal lines running through them. I developed them at walgreens 1 hour and had them put on a CD- I know not the best choice but im broke! Is the problem in the developing or in the camera? I've had the problem with all types of film and aperture/shudder settings. I tried lookin at the negatives to see if I could see the lines but I couldnt tell. any help would be appreciated!

Jon Close 		  This is a problem occuring in the digital scanning, and/or printing of your pictures (ie. Walgreens' fault). It is not a fault in the camera, the film, or the developing.

Greg D. Leeah 		  yeah I thought that was the problem, thanks for the response! im still stuck in between buying a film scanner or going digital.
