Paper backdrop question.
When I shot with photographers grey seamless paper the paper looked kind of purple on my moniter. I have my moniter calibrated and it's an LCD. I used a light meter when shooting also. What could cause this?

BTW, looked in your gallery (think I may have seen it before) If I did not say so before , let me say, what a pleasure!! you have a beautiful eye for color. eveything has a real brillance to it. really nice.

Thanks debby, I see your threads all the time. I did not use a back light. I just used a main and a fill. I thought that a back light might just make it white.

Depending on the size light head you have it can. with most backdrops and a to light system, if you use one as a Main but in the fill position. and one as a backlight. if the head is far to powerful, you can get some diffusion for it in the way of gel filters and diffusion screens. but you can also try it (VERY QUICKLY) with a piece of material in front-due remove it between each shot. I hope this helps, Debby
