Dean this is awesome. I love the youth and beauty in this image. Very nice job of putting this together. I love to learn this to make something like this of my model. Kerby

I was relooking at this and my guess is five cuts. But it could be four.

Got some time to kill and willing to be wrong. :-)
1 looks like it could be a single photo, but if you told me her legs came from another image, I'd believe it. (2)

2 looks like a composite of at least 3 images (Head + neck and shirt + skirt).

3 I'd guess 3 images (replaced hair, mouth doesn't look right to me).

4 and 5 look like the same model but with one mirror reversed. The bottom of the red top has a light halo. It wouldn't surprise me if the faces are composites. 3 images each.

6 Head + top + pants = 3

7 and 8 are separate images. I think 7's had a head replaced. 8's right arm appears twice: once up with her thumb touching her chin, and also reach down behind 7. Call it 4.

So I'll go with 21.

I think Jon has it a lot closer than what I would have guessed, but I believe you're mistaken on 7 and 8, 8's right arm appears only once, up behind 7's hair, the "other" right I arm you see is 7's right arm bent 90 degrees at the arm and resting on her rear.

#1 has the main about 45 degrees to the right and #2 is flat lighting and there is no shadow one #1 so #1 and #2 are separate.

#3 has main light from the left (nose shadow) and her left handis soft but #4's hand is sharp so those are separate.

#4 and #5 have the same lighting and 4's shirt causes a shadow on 5 so those are the same image.

#6 has frontal lighting and her right arm at the elbow is soft and #5 at the same area is sharp so #6 is separated.

At first I thought #7 and #8 was a composite but I believe they are one. 8's hand has a shadow from 7's hair and lighting for 7 & 8 is coming from left with pretty strong fill leaving little shadows on 8. Also the shadow on 8's leg is equivilant to them holding hands so I believe they are together. Also #8 where it looks like she has to arms. I believe the one held up is 8's and the other is 7 creating a window with her hand on her hip towards her butt.

In conclusion:
#1 - its own
#2 - its own
#3 - its own
#4 & #5 - together
#6 - its own
#7 & #8 - together.

did I get it right?

Justin is closest... you are right except one thing ...
JonC way too much complicated whole thing, but came up with one basic guess, one girl actually have horizontal cut :o)..

conclusion : Justin guess is right with add that girl no2 is made from 2 pictures head and body is one and skirt is second

girl 4 and 5 are twins pictured together
and that horizontal cut was trap :o))
I posted this before on some forum and noone there go for horizontal cuts :o))

Ahh Dean I was thinking that with the skin tone differences between her face and her hand but threw away the idea. lol. this is a cool game, you should do more Dean! And also you've got some great PS skills, I've seen a lot of your other work on the Sig and wow, great great stuff. you should teach a class or seminar on lighting and PP! lol
