photo release We have paid a photographer for some photos of a child (during a photo shhot). The photos will be printed on a presenter abd put on our website. Would we need permission of the parents?

Yes, Definitly! when it comes to children especially you want to make sure you do not use pictures taken with out the parents permission. espically on a website. I do hope this helps,
