Where to inlcude taxes when selling photos With the Deluxe Web Site Pay Pal Image Sales Option, for which States do you have to charge Sales Tax? Is it only the state in which your business is based or is it every state? Any help/feedback is greatly appreciated. Even if you don't know the answer, reference of where I can get the answer would be terrific. Thank you! Virginia

In the state where your business resides. If you ship out of state, you don't have to charge sales taxes. Actually, the customer is supposed to pay those taxes to their state but I don't know of many who do.
