Where to buy in Tacoma

Anybody from the Tacoma, WA area??? I'm trying to find a good camera store to buy from. I'm gonna be buying a DSLR, lenses, accessories, etc... I am still learning and don't want a store to take advantage of the fact. Just looking for some good/helpful customer service and reasonable prices! Maybe some good quality used items too. I am somewhat new to the area, so I need some help! Thanks

Jennifer Rennison   Try Glazer's downtown Seattle or Kenmore Camera's in Everett. There is a bit of price difference. I found Kenmore to be a little more helpful.

For Any used Gear hit up Jims Camera in Seattle, only the owners work the counter so your always gettin good help. And best of all if you pay Cash, they dont charge sales tax!! Always nice on those $500 items :)

Happy Hunting.

I agree! Glazers and Kenmore are great! I didn't know that Kenmore Camera had a store in Everett! I always go to the one in Kenmore. Hmm learn something new everyday.

Thanks, I may have to trek to Seattle. There are so many options to choose from in Tacoma that I buy all my stuff online....:-)

Thanks, Dale. I was in there a couple years ago and it didn't appear they had much of a stock, tho.

Kurt Gordon   Kristina-

I just bought a DSLR and did some looking around for the best deal in the area (I live in Bonney Lake).
I ended up going with Talls Camera, in/around the Seattle area. Nearest to us is their store at Southcenter.
At the time they offered a free trip to Victoria, BC, a photog class, and a camera bag. I think they are still offering those perks minus the trip. :(
I bought Canon's 20D. If that is the camera that you are looking at email me and I will help you find a good deal.
