Photography Question

Owner's Manual

Does anyone know where I can get the owner's manual for a Canon A85 Powershot digital camera? I want the booklet (in English), not the downloaded PDF file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks .... John

  You can go here: http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=SupportDetailAct&fcategoryid=221&modelid=10462
and then contact them by phone or email, and they may be able to send you one.

No need to phone and order the manual (~$2-$7). At the link Brendan gave, http://consumer.usa.canon.com/ir/controller?act=SupportDetailAct&fcategoryid=221&modelid=10462, under Downloads click on "Product/Software Manuals". That'll open a new window where you can download .pdf files of all the A85's user and software manuals free.

d'oh. nevermind. Now that I read the original question I see you don't want the .pdfs. Sorry.

Thanks to Jon and Brendan for their responses. I contacted Canon customer service and bought what they offered for $7. Unfortunately they could not tell me for sure whether it was the original manual or a "photostatic" copy. I assume this is the same as the pdf files I downloaded for free. I guess I'll take my chances and hope it is the original. If anyone else has any ideas, they would be welcomed. Thanks .... John
