give consent to use my picture for holiday cards? I take pitures at Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. I used to put in my contract that, for an additional fee, they could get the pictures on CD. I do not do this anymore but have some contracts out that have this on it already. I just finished a party. The mom did not get the CD option but found out her friend did. She tried to use my picture to get holiday cards and Walgreens showed her that it has a copyright on it. She wants me to sign a release so that she can print pictures into holiday cards. I asked her to tell me which ones she wants a release for. I told her it would be $20.00 for the picture. I am assuming I am not giving her a blanket release for all the pictures? Then she does not have to pay me for any enlargements? I am unsure what do to about the CD's for the upcoming party. I think I only have one more that is getting the CD's. I can put watermarks on the picture? I use film right now but am looking at the Canon 20D so it will be easier to play around with the pictures. Thanks,
