Blurred Portraits--HELP!

I am using a Sony H1 digital camera to take portraits of my 2 year old niece and 3 week old nephew. The lighting that I am using are (2) 1000 watt Dynaphos softboxes, model #DPS-1497. The problem that I'm having is that most of my pictures are blurred especially of the 2 year old because she moves. Is there anything that I can adjust in my camera to make the picture come out sharp even if there is movement, maybe change the shutter speed or something?

Yes, the shutter speed is the problem. You need to use a faster shutter speed to stop the subject's motion. A shutter speed of 1/60th or 1/100th should be fast enough to freeze motion.
