Selling prints of places of business If you plan on selling photos of places like a restaurant or brew pub, do you need permission from the owners of the estblishment to sell?

Yes. You need a release signed by the owner.

That is what I thought. Where do you get a release form for this? Is there a standard form that everyone uses or do you write one up?

You can find a model release here: http://www.danheller.com/model-release Just substitute the name and location of the building for "Me" and it should do fine.
