Software to Show Photos I want software to convert photos to DVD and use on TV with music as well as computer. I was using smoothshow, which was once recommended but it no longer meets my needs.

Someone recommended Photodex ProShow Gold to me. They have a fully functional 15 day trial if you want to try it out. I'm on the verge of purchasing it myself! Mel

Yes, Jon Canfield uses ProShow Gold in the online photography course he teaches on Digital Slide Shows. Tony Sweet recommended Browser to me the other day but, as soon as I have the time, I plan to learn ProShow Gold.

I don't know if this will help you- But there is a free download called "highmat" http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.phpx?FamilyID=2ddf1550-1c5c-44b3-87fc-9c6b37403c35&DisplayLang=en I use it on the Photo CD's I give to clients- It allows them to play them on the VCR- but does not effect the useable(printablity) of the Immage at all.

many burners now come with slide show soft ware.. i've tried them all and nothing comes close to pro show gold. I work with developmentally challenged adults and all their photos get made into slideshows with music.. it's quick, easy and comes out great..
