I didn't actually ask a question about shooting a wedding because there were so many questions being asked, that my questions were pretty much answered. But I did shoot my first wedding at the end of June. It was a small outdoor affair with about 50 or 60 people there. It was a bright, sunny day (and quite hot and sticky as well!) so I was glad I didn't need a flash, because all I had was my onboard flash. They were standing under a canopy (for the bridal party's comfort, for sure), but it created a shadow I couldn't avoid. But all in all, things came out pretty good. I charged them just what it cost me for the day, since it was my friends daughter getting married. So here's my version of 'The rest of the story'.
