CS2/Epson 2200 printing problem

I recently upgraded from Photoshop CS to CS2. Using CS, I can make prints on my Epson 2200 that look as expected. However, when I print the file using CS2, I get a print with dramatically greater contrast and color saturation. As far as I can tell, I've configured CS2 just as I had CS. I also get the problem, when I open a RAW file in CS2, color correct etc. then print. Can anyone suggest a possible fix for this? Thanks.

  Hi Mark,
I also have had several problems with this happening to me. When I go to print I check on "preferences" then "Advanced" then "Gamma" choice of (1.5)(1.8)(2.2) I took the same photo and tried each one of these Gamma settings and was able to find the correct match for printing. I am sure there is a easier way to do this so the printer does this automatically but this worked for me so I just keep doing it. One other thing If I remember correctly in the software set up CD there was a few other options about color matching to printer. I ended up un-installing and re-installing and making sure I installed that other option. Hope this helps!
