Image Upload Issue BP! Help! I've made 4 attempts to upload an image (over the last 2 days) and this image will not view correctly in my gallery. Here is the photo id 1056967 and the photo info: 480x621 pixel dimension 240 ppi doc size 2"w x 2.588"H (shouldn't make a difference but included this info anyway) 8 bits/channel RGB color image size = 1.75mb Tiff file format HELP! I have missed 2 days of contest entries because of this!

And the 240 ppi shouldn't make a difference. I've uploaded many images with a 240 ppi when I shoot in raw format with my digital.

Hi Laura, Are you uploading this image via the new image uploader? I am not exactly sure why it is distorted. Please try uploading it the "old" way and let me know how it goes. Thanks,

I used the old way on Sunday and I used it again multiple times, today, with no success. I tried to use the new way, but, it only recognized my jpg images in that particular folder and did not give me the option of uploading my tif file to you.

hey, heather! I just uploaded, again, and got the same results. I have to go out of town in just a bit and will not have internet access and will not be returning until tomorrow evening. I'll check back before I leave to see if you have figured out what might be going on. Thanks for your help.

Hey, Heather! I changed the file type from tif to jpg and uploaded the image. It is showing up correctly in my gallery. I always use tif files .. I am concerned about this because I have missed 2 days of contest entries (due to limit of one a day) and possibly more contest entries if it will not let me upload tif files. I'll be checking back to this forum in the next 15 minutes and then I have to go!
