What Film for Africa?

Can anyone recommend film speeds and their different uses for Africa, particularily wildlife through a 70-300mm (4.5-5.6) telephoto lens? Is this lens enough? And what about the right shutter speed and exposure?

Much appreciated.

First I would like to tell you, that's a good choice of lens to use, and make sure if your camera has AF that you take advantage of it. As for film speed you will need at least 400 ISO. Why, because will need to shoot a shutter speed of at least 250 or higher, and you need faster film to compensate for this.
