How can I fix this image?!? Anyway, the shot was taken around noon (I know, not my idea) and I've tried my best. I've used the burn tool, paint brush in darken mode, and levels. I also added grain to her dress and darkened it. Is there anything more I can do???

This is kinda cheating but if you made another layer for her dress and cloned the detail back into her dress and changed the layer properities to have more opacity then you will be able to see more of the dress that you cloned. I think I confused myself there, did you follow?

I'm not quite sure if I understand. I don't know what to clone. Perhaps I could take and borrow her dress from one of the other pictures and put it underneath in a new layer and erase with a low opacity on top to let it show through a little. Is this kind of where you were headed?

YES, sorry about that, it was late. But instead of erasing with a low opacity just lower the opacity with the layer properity. This was you can always change it when you want.
