Photography Question

Karen Blakely

How do you fix if possible

I took this picture yesterday and the image came out fuzzy. Does anyone know if it is possible to de fuzz the shot? I just love the birds mouth open and looking for food.

You could try using an Unsharp mask to clear it up, but I don't think it will help much.

  Hi Karen -

It looks like the focus point on your shot is actually on the bird behind the one you want. Unsharp mask will help a little with this, but not enough to get you into sharp focus. I hate it when this happens to me and usually capture multiple shots to make sure I have what I'm looking for.
Best,
Jon

Karen, one other thing you might try is set your camera to macro and your f-stop set to f8.00 and you should have a clear photo.

  Hi,

Please dont feel bad if you dont like the answer. This is what I feel.
Dont try to fix each and every image you shot. fix it only when the full image is great but just a small unwanted part visible or some sky details are lost. or colors are not good or similar. This is useful technique to get back the great images which are lost otherwise.
Otherwise you will never improve the atcual technique of photography. Try to think how next time you can improve your technique and get a good photo out of camera.

I am sorry if I have hurt anybody.
