Photography Question

Color correction and photo retouching

I love a challenge, so I took this photograph of my daughter in the pool (indoor) and tried to correct it. At first I thought I would trash it, but I was thinking it would be a good exercise in PS.
I used selective color adjustment layers, cloning, dodge, and just plain old pixel by pixel work. I'd appreciate any input or suggestions on what I have attempted to do. Thanks!

I think you have done well.

Looks much better to me! Before the water looked like something I wouldn't want to swim in - now it looks refreshing! You know your daughter's skin tones best, but I think you did a great job on a difficult photo! I'm trying to master color correction myself, and I know it's a tricky challenge sometimes. :) Stacy

Thanks Kerry & Stacy...not sure if I got the skin tones just right, but I tried. The hardest thing was getting the fog and reflections from the goggles so I could see her eyes. It was fun to try!
