  I'm not quite sure how you can fix it after the fact, but next time make sure you use a tripod to avoid the camera shake that will make the photo blurry.

NADINE J. RUSSELL   I know it cannot be fixed after the
fact. We just cannot get the indoor
shots to come out. It takes beautiful
outdoor shots. Thanx

  If you can't use a flash, you can try setting your ISO to a higher setting, if your camera lets you. Chances are, there still won't be enough light to get a fast enough shutter speed.

If you can use a flash, the built in flash on your camera will only be effective if you are fairly close to the stage.

  I have a Sony Cybershot and I can tell you it doesn't do indoors very well at all! Great camera when you have ideal lighting conditions, like outdoors.
Unless you can get the little dancers to sit still long enough and get a tripod and accessory flash you won't get good results.
