Difference between SB 600 and SB 800 Looking at either of these for my D70. But what is so much better about the 800 that it costs so much more? Thanks.

These are both fairly new flashes. Why not just visit Nikon's website, and read the specs. If you still can't decipher, call Nikon's tech line @ 1-800-NIKONUS. They can talk with you one to one, and answer all your questions. Michael H. Cothran www.mhcphoto.net

hey Jennifer... I will do the sales pitching for Nikon... LOL I have the 800 and will have more in the future... excellent speedlight... I don't have the 600 but do have a couple buddy photographers that do... they use it mainly for added light off camera... anyways I am more then pleased with the 800 and am glad I spent the extra money on it... hope that helps... Thanks Jill. I am trying to decide if it is worth the extra money. Just bought the D70 and the startup gear, so swallowing a new flash purchase too is giving me heart palpitations. Love your gallery. Inspiring! Jennifer
