How to shoot bi-racial (white & black) wedding.

I am shooting a wedding in mid-June, in an outdoor setting, which starts at 6:00 PM. The couple is bi-racial, with the Bride being very pale and the Groom being dark. I want to be able to expose the Groom so that his facial features are well-defined, without overexposing the pale Bride.

Can I get some suggestions with all factors considered--skin colors, and early evening to evening light?

I am shooting with an EOS1-V and a Contax 645 medium format. I'll be using the 550EX and a Quantam QFlash
T-2. I'll be using a combo of professional 160, 400, and possibly 800.

You input is appreciated!

I would shoot with Kodak Portra 400NC. It is a low contrast film which handles variations in contrast very well. Just remember that there will be probably even more contrast between his completely black tux and her completely white gown (the norm). If the film can handle that, the variations in skin tones is a breeze.
