Camera Malfunctions I have a Canon Elan 7E. It is no longer recognizing the presence of a film cartridge. Is there anything I can do without going to a repair shop?

Hey Keith, Sounds like the sensors are not working. Try cleaning the contacts in the holding area with a cleaner, mild one. Or if they look rusty, some 400 grit sand paper and clean out very good. Chris Browne
