Comment Notices Is anyone else not getting comments notices?

janet, since they changed format I haven't received any either.i've checked with my e-mail provider and nothing has changed on my end???

With the new format,...you have to scroll down and physically check the box ..."if you would like to be notified...etc." The checked box used to be the default, but too many people complained about getting their e-mails flooded on the more popular threads.

I do check the box, but it's weird that you have to do it even on your own entries. I was getting them since the new format. This is pretty recent. They must've changed something within the past week or so.

I'm getting the comments, but I check the box...what I'm not getting, yet my email server says I'm getting everything, are the newsletters I subscribed to like Photo of the Day. I checked my preferences and it shows I'm getting them, but they 'ain't a coming!'

Toni, You should probably contact BP if you're not getting POTD or the Newsletters,...(It maybe something as simple as a security setting on your end.) You can always click on Newsletters,...on the left toolbar to access archived POTD, PhotoFlash, SnapShot, and Digital Darkroom Newletters.
