First Wedding Reception

My sisters best friend is having a wedding on New Years, which will be inside. She have a photographer for the ceremony and will stay for a little bit of the reception, but asked me to take pictures of the reception. I said Yes. I am a college student who is earning a batchers degree in photography. I first discovered in I like taking picture in 2003 when my older sister go married ( I was the brides maids)and I had a cheep 1.0 pix digital camera and took great shoots at the wedding. I do not have a portfolio. I do no know where to begin. I have a Nikon N80 and 28-105 lens. I have a few questions:
1.How do I right up an agreement for B&G?What do I say in the agreement?

2.How much film should I need? How much shots shoot should I promise? Will fuji 200 speed work

3.What flash should I purchase?

4. How should I right up the receipt ( like a list of where the money is going.)?How much should I charge?

Thank you for your help,
Jennifer
