My husband is an attorney and he states that there is not a standard contract for this type of industry. This industry is not big enough to have/need an extensive contract. He states it would be your best bet to scope out competition, find their contract whether that be via the internet, entering their shop etc. Copy their contract. This is perfectly exceptable and legal since this is not their 'line of business.' Of course you would want to change the company name etc. and any wording that would suit you and your company better.

I use this company for all of my studio and wedding contract needs. You can click on the product picture and it will show you an enlarged photo on the contract. They also make studio contracts. Looks professional and much easier than making your own.
