SHOOTING BUILDINGS AND HOUSES

I AM NEEDING TO SHOOT SOME REAL ESTATE WITH MY NIKON D70, AND WANT TO TRY EXTERNAL SHOTS WITH ALL THE LIGHTS ON INSIDE. HOW DO I MAKE THAT LIGHT STAND OUT IN WINDOWS. TO GIVE TWILIGHT EFFECT?

You answered your own question. Shoot at twilight with the interior lights on! This same effect is applied during christmastime where the houses are bedecked with christmas lights and the interior lights are turned on. It's called the "jewel box effect".
