Food shoot, Lighting tips!?? URGENT!

I have a Digital Nikon D70 SLR, been asked to do my first food shoot for a restaurant in a few days. I mainly do portraiture shots so i'm confused on how to light the subject!

I have to do the shoot at the restuarant, is a telephoto a good lense to use? and whats the best ISO settings? And the magazine who are publishing want it to fell the page, so what settings ahll I put my camera on for size? Oh, I own photoshop too... But MOST importantly what do I use for lighting? I only own flash heads brollies and one soft box! How do I do this... please help. I'm just learning...
