Indoor flash photos I have a Nikon D-1 and SB28DX Speedlight. When I take indoor photos with the camera set on "programmed auto", white balance set at "flash", and speedlight set at "TTL" metering, many of the candid indoor photographs I have taken at events have a "bluish-red" cast to the people's faces instead of nice warm fleshtones. Most photos are taken at a distance of about 3-6 feet with a 17-35 mm Nikon AFS lens. I end up fixing the facial color in photoshop. What am I doing wrong here? Will I have to override the auto features and manually adjust for this? I hope not, as I need to have my sons, who are not ardent photographers, pinch hit with candid shots occasionally. Any help is appreciated.
