I was on that site about a month ago and read their terms, it stated that all entries would belong to the website including all copyrights. What I got out of it was that if I submitted an image for the contest, I would be giving away all rights to that image. This is not the only contest I have seen like this. I would read all conditions and terms carefully as once you've accepted terms to give away those rights, you would not be able to use that image for anything other than personal use.
